The Sapphic Wellness Summit

Save the Date!

October 4th, 2026

Join us at Canada’s only sapphic-centered sexual wellness event. A full day of education, movement, and community in a space that doesn’t just include you, but was built for you.

by sapphics, for sapphics

Sapphic is an expansive term that includes lesbians, bisexuals, pansexuals, two-spirit, trans and non-binary folks.

sapphic centered

This isn’t a mainstream wellness event with one queer speaker. Everything here – every speaker, every session, every conversation, is built around sapphic experiences. For sapphics, by sapphics.

LIBERATING MOVEMENT

Reclaiming your pleasure, your health, and your voice is a radical act. This event is focused on giving you the tools, the language, and the openness to start taking up the space you deserve.

community led

The connections you make here last longer than the weekend. And rumour has it, last year’s summit lead to a very on brand U-Haul across the country.

We are looking for aligned speakers, facilitators, and vendors who would like to be apart of The Sapphic Wellness Summit. If you have something to offer the community, we want to hear from you! Applications close May 20th, 2026.

What last year's attendees are saying...

Meet Dr. Jess

Dr. Jess, ND (she/her) is a naturopathic doctor whose practice centers around gynecological and sexual health through an inclusive and trauma-informed lens.

Her clinical work, her lived experiences and her community have inspired the curation of The Sapphic Wellness Summit, after noticing how often sapphics are left out of wellness conversations. Sexual health is still largely framed through a cisgender and heteronormative lens, while sapphic pleasure is frequently shamed, erased, or hypersexualized.

As the founder of The Sapphic Wellness Summit, Dr. Jess is on a mission to foster more inclusive and diverse spaces to have conversations about topics often labeled “taboo” – making them accessible, affirming, and empowering.

The sexy & sapphic line-up!

Trish Lanns (she/her)
Release & Reconnect
Immerse yourself in a grounding ritual to awaken your senses, soften your edges, and bring you gently home to your body. We’ll begin with EFT Tapping, a tender practice that unwinds emotional tension and opens space within your mind and body. From there, we’ll flow into a fluid, seated embodiment movement, a mindful journey through breath and presence that stirs your inner landscape and reconnects you to your authentic self. The experience culminates in a soul-soothing sound bath meditation, where tones, vibrations and resonant frequencies calm the nervous system and invite you into a profound state of safety, softness, and shared belonging.
Trish is a Sound Bath Meditation Facilitator, EFT Tapping Practitioner, and Yoga Guide dedicated to creating nurturing spaces where individuals can experience profound relaxation, inner harmony, and mental clarity. With a gentle and intuitive approach, she supports others in regulating their nervous systems, releasing stored tension, and deepening their mindfulness practice. Passionate about fostering environments that invite stillness and self-connection, Trish offers pathways to restoration, reflection, and transformative personal growth.

Nine (she/her)
Sex with N9ne
Nine invites attendees to hone in their inherent sensuality and sharpen that tool to wield in either the dance universe or daily life. Her classes start with meditation, and goes into the theory/mindset of how to be a siren walking the Earth among mortals. There is usually a breakdown of how to walk, get down on the floor and have watery flow, breath work, and how to touch your body in a way that is appealing to the eye. She uses her lived experience of kink to highlight essence so her students can command attention by just … standing there.
Nine has been in the queer entertainment space since she first came out in 2011, she has an inherent love for sensuality and dancing her heart out. She’s been a leader in her community and category since she joined the Toronto ballroom scene in 2017 and continues to pursue her love of educating the foundations of sensuality with her own movement program. Although her stage presence is intense and domineering, her softness shines through her work as she cares for her patients in her full time practice as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. While she doesn’t formally specialize in anything in particular because being a generalist is aligned with her beliefs in treating holistically, she has a special place in her practice supporting women’s health.
Hope (she/they)
Sense & Sensuality
This is a floor dance workshop for movers of all levels. Connect to your inner sensuality, and dig into exploring your own outward expression of it. Participants will be given a framework, and we will layer in prompts, allowing you to find and feel yourself in the movement. We will play with touch, gaze, and get comfortable digging into our movement and desires – communicating and connecting with our bodies.
Hope (she/they) is a pole and erotic dancer, who has been playing and exploring pole & the erotic arts for half their life. As a performer, Hope loves to connect to audiences through expressing and playing with their own sensuality, as well as captivating individuals with their gaze. As an instructor, Hope encourages connection with the self first and foremost, in order to connect to whatever audience feels right for you (be it yourself, a partner, a room of adoring fans…). Hope’s approach combines a prioritization of taking care of the body (doing a good warm up, conditioning to make sure we are strong enough to support our bodies in the right ways), with technique, while also giving lots of room for play and exploration. Erotic dance is intensely personal – Hope will help you feel safe while finding your own expression.
